  • General: This section applies to all purchases made through our Service, including coaching sessions, digital and physical publications, retail items from the Ebony and Ivory Collective (shop), and salon services where payment is processed online.

  • Pricing: Prices for all Services are subject to change without notice.

  • Orders/Bookings: Your order for products or services, or your booking of an appointment, constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject Your offer at Our discretion.

  • Payment: You agree to pay the total amount specified at the time of purchase or booking, including applicable taxes and any other fees. Payments will be processed through our designated payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Square, PayPal). You authorize Us to charge Your chosen payment method for the total amount due.

  • Digital Products and Publications: Upon purchase, You will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the digital products or publications for Your personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise specified.

  • Gift Cards/Vouchers: Purchase and use of gift cards or vouchers are subject to any additional terms and conditions provided with them.

5. Appointment Bookings and Cancellations (Specific to Ebony and Ivory Salon and Ebony and Ivory Leadership and Lifestyle Coaching)

  • Booking: Appointments for salon services or coaching sessions can be made through our designated booking system (e.g., Squarespace Acuity Scheduling).

  • Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy, including any applicable fees for late cancellations or no-shows, will be communicated at the time of booking. You agree to adhere to this policy.

  • Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule appointments are subject to availability and may need to be made within a specified timeframe.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All content included in our Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected7 by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws.
